工作职责:
•electrical and physical failure analysis for product yield enhancement and product reliability.
• management and maintenance major electrical analytical tools (emmi/obirch, 4156c, nano-probe, etc).
• provide proficient in physical architecture analysis service for new project development.
• continuous electrical analysis & fault isolation capability /technology improvement to satisfy present and future customer needs.
任职资格:
master degree and above. major in science or engineering related subject.
• years of failure analysis or tem/auger/sims material analysis experience or in a supervisory role; work experience in semiconductor memory is preferred.
• excellent in interpersonal and presentational communications, comprehensive ability in analyzing and solving problems.
• fluent in english and chinese.
