key responsibilities
• be responsible for the quality and thoroughness of strategic marketing consultation for
clients at a macro level.
• a leading role in the review and evaluation of the quality for all major strategies at
projects’ the critical stages of their development, presentation and implementation.
• partner with the clients to determine needs and advise clients on brand and marketing
strategy.
• manage and develop the account management team to ensure that their could deliver
excellent work that consistently meets the clients’ expectation.
• ensuring long term stability of the account by looking beyond day-to-day requirements,
building strong client relationships, tracking key performance criteria and revenues.
• assigns team and manages resources as team coach.
mandatory requirements
• bachelor degree or above.
• minimum 5 years of experience in related roles and industries.
• time management skills, grit and resilience are vital.
• be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and motivate their team members to work
under pressure to deliver quality outcomes thin deadlines.
• aggressive and fast learner for new industry and new products. ability to translate the
strategic idea and new approaching down to practice.
• excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills in both
chinese and english.
