职位描述：
key responsibilities
corporate finance:
- manage staff and interns
- conduct research, competitive analysis and financial model;
- prepare pitch book and business plan;
- prepare due diligence materials and organize investor meeting and road show;
- liaising with multiple professional parties (e.g. auditor, lawyer, valuation firm, company secretary, investor, etc.);
alternative investment:
- source investment deal and interview target company
- perform competitive analysis and prepare investment memo
- perform due diligence and execute investment document
- provide post-investment support for portfolio company, such as finance, legal, strategy, etc.
qualifications
- qualified candidates must possess:
- a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or law (cpa is a must!)
- a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, legal, or investment banking industry
- proficiency in both written and spoken chinese as well as english
- good communication skills
- strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- financial modeling skills
- good knowledge related to corporate finance, venture capital and private equity
- proficiency in ms office (particularly word, excel and powerpoint) and other relevant software applications
