The OMLP Program is part of GE’s initiatives to grow and develop operations leadership pipeline. This is a 2-year operations program which accelerates development of entry-level talent and produces entry level leaders that is capable of meeting the challenges facing the operations function at GE. It allows members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training. Through these job assignments and training, program members are involved in GE’s strategic initiatives, including GE’s drive for LEAN Six Sigma. The program which covers both operational and leadership is an excellent opportunity for young talents who aspire to build their career and expand their opportunities through a broad range of experience.     Successful candidates are required to go through 3 rotational assignments in different business areas within GE Aviation Sites locally or overseas.     Qualifications/Requirements on the candidates include:  - Degree in Machnical, Engineering or operation management, bachelor or master.  - Fresh graduate 2022 or 2021  - Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills  - Strong commitment to a career in operations management  - Fluency in both English and Mandarin  - Geographically mobile within Asia a/o globally   职能类别：机械工程师
