Your Responsibilities1. Lead and coordinate all related project related meeting and activities2. Organize and monitor all activities to be ready before last project revision starts in mass production3. Responsible for all part numbers which are outside the Standard Scope of Service4. Establish a reporting and monitoring tool for the ramp up projects5. Lead dedicated projects (critical => TFC P/N ) in the ramp up phase6. Working with engineering Team for all activities related to the dedicated customer projects7. Optimize P/N prior to ramp up into mass production8. Coordinate several in parallel running ramp up P/N projects9. Provide necessary reports and documentation for standardized process flow and short ramp up10. Ensure appropriate resources are available and provide necessary support to all associated projects11. Ramp up new project with the planned yield (calculated) and costs12. Technical input for further development projects13. Setup project team and meeting and review structure14. Communicate and coordinate all project related information with our account team (Sales . , Quality)Your Profile1. Degree from higher technical college plus several years of professional experience2. Knowledge in project control, like as schedule, time, team working, implement items, different stage controlling3. Knowledge in PCB, management, team leading4. > 5 years of experience in the PCB Industrial 5. Has Line/space, expose, etching, line compensation, capability of etching, dry film experience6. Fluent written and oral English7. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), SAP, Mini Tab8. Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail9.
