Responsibilities:? Adherence to company core values, code of conduct? Manage Key accounts for Delrin? business, build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities at target accounts, and drive application/business development.? Work with global key account manager and global marketing managers to support the local business growth.? Understand Delrin? value proposition and competitive benchmarking to identify a new opportunity at the adjacent market.? Create/Develop/Implement local/global account plans for major customers.? Understand the entire value chains, market trend, strength/weakness, threat, and related business opportunities for the responsible segment.Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree or above required, prefer major in Polymer, Material Science, Engineering, Automotive and etc.? Good in both Chinese and English, with great communication skills.? 5 years in sales
