职责描述：
1. Definition and implementation of demand group strategies in coordination with higher-level purchasing teams and the responsible departments’ specialists
2. Coordination of procurement activities and intensive cooperation with the departments’ specialists and projects for the own demand group environment
3. Analysis and expansion of the procurement market as well as development of new suppliers
4. Preparation of qualified price comparisons and cost analyses for procurement optimization as well as identification of procurement alternatives
5. Sustainable optimization of procurement costs and constant search for potential savings
6. Conducting complex price/award negotiations with suppliers and service providers in an international environment
7. Continuous monitoring of supplier delivery and quality performance within predefined targets and initiation of necessary optimization measures
8. Identification and realization of synergies for the TK System Engineering Group and TK AG
9. Decision-making for the organization of future procurement measures such as the selection of new suppliers
10. Independent and responsible purchasing-side management and execution of purchasing projects of different sizes, including negotiation and contract processing
11. Delivery data management and advise for future optimization
12. New Supplier sourcing, evaluation and development together with SQD
13. Other tasks not listed but assigned by Head of PSM.

任职要求：
1. Technical/commercial university degree (Bachelor or above)
2. At least 6 years’ experience in procurement
3. Familiar with the technologies in Battery and Powertrain field
4. Be a specialist in purchasing material management
5. Good data analysis and mining skills
6. Good negotiation skills
7. Team work spirit
8. Project management skills preferred
9. Fluent English (both written and verbal)
