We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket at our location in
Xuhui, Shanghai.

Your tasks:

* Maintaining and updating master data such as vendor information, product
information, commercial terms and conditions.
* Vendor Master Data management (340 Suppliers)
* Purchase Data (Price list, item cards on ERP) maintenance (90,000 PNs)
* Implementing new ERP software systems (e.g. Navision/SAP) and training
users on how to use the new system.
* Key user of ERP systems in the region-APAC for Aftermarket.
* Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in
business operations of purchasing.
* Inter-company price inquiry (30,000 PNs) and data maintenance.
* Daily operational tasks: Lead time coordination, MOQ and MSV check, COO
check, etc.
* Process optimization: look for automation solutions of daily operational
tasks, lead the digitalization of operational purchasing tasks on ERP systems
(NAV2016, SAP). Customizes and configures workflow to improve efficiency.
Your profile:

* Bachelor’s degree or above.
* 3 years working experience. Experience in ERP system maintenance / c
ontract Management.
* Good English skill in written and reading.
* Good skills in Microsoft Office tools

* Fast learner and able to work under pressure.
