工作职责
? Customer project coordinator with focus on launch and change management in the plant
? Be main contact person for project manager and customer regarding plant topics and project status in plant
? Safeguard of launch, ramp-up and changes management within customer projects to ensure successful SOP and subsequent mass production
? Represent an interface between different corporate departments and the production plant that coordinates activities related to the SOP of a new product
? Coordination of local project to ensure fulfilment of tasks in customer launch procedure, project timing and quality requirements, as well as timely escalation of problems in case reaching project targets is at risk
? Ensure the transfer of lessons learned from plant project to global level (corporate)

职位要求
? University degree, Preferred in mechanical engineering
? ＞1 yrs experience in Automotive Industry
? Advanced English in speaking, writing and reading
? Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, powerpoint etc)
? Familiar with related system and process
