KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Flawless implementation of Planned Engineering Service (PES) at nominated key accounts
2) Identify, execute and document EM profit improvement opportunities via product upgrades, new product introductions, sale of service and execution of Engineering Service at selected accounts using total cost of ownership (TCO) and Benefit Selling methodologies
3) Act as an engineering, services and technical sales mentor and resource for the field sales force, conduct training for the benefit of sales and technical employees, customers and EM Distributors on product knowledge, applications, and services
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1) 3-5 years relevant experience
2) Analytical and problem solving
3) Business Acumen, focuses on Customers
4) Communication and Influencing
5) Tech and engineering education, mechanical engineer preferred.
