职责描述:
Candidates will be assigned to either underwriting or claims based on your educational background and career goals.
As an Underwriter, you will:
1. Perform underwriting assessment and prepare quotations related to Group Employee Benefits business, including but not limited to Group Medical, Group Critical Illness, Group Personal Accident and Group Travel accounts, within approval limits and turnaround time;
2. Handle underwriting inquiries from distribution channel;
3. Participate in preparing business requirement documents for system enhancement and underwriting process streamline;
4. Assist in maintaining underwriting guideline, rating table and process framework;
5. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
As a Claims Officer, you will:
1. Provide advice on making a claim and the processes involved;
2. Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim;
3. Analyse a claim made by a policymaker to establish whether it satisfies the policy conditions;
4. Guide policyholders on how to proceed with the claim;
5. Contact service provider from a network of approved professionals;
6. Monitor the progress of a claim and ensure fair settlement of a valid claim.
任职要求:
1. Degree holder in any discipline, experiences in medical claims would be a PLUS;
2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently and under-pressure;
3. Good spirit of team work and sense of discipline will be valued;
4. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
5. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
