Talent acquisition:
• Conduct comprehensive workforce planning activities, including analyzing current and future workforce needs, identifying skill gaps, and developing strategies to address them.
• Collaborate with local TA team and hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure effective recruitment processes, on boarding routines and settling-in training.
• Works with local TA team in Employer Branding initiatives, developing and executing activities in order to enhance the local employer brand awareness and secure candidate inflow.
Training and development:
• Identify training and development needs across CN omni team and design programs to foster continuous professional growth.
