主要工作职责和内容 MAIN DUTIES AND CONTENT:
1、Act as primary engineering support to the operations department.
作为生产部的工艺/技术工程师支持生产部的技术和工艺工作；
2、 Responsible for daily scrap analysis and equipment troubleshooting/reporting.
负责日常报废分析及设备故障排除报告；
3、 Engage in scrap reduction and productivity improvement projects.
参与减少报废及提高产出力等项目；
4、 Assist in development of operation technicians and initial training of new operators.
协助运营技术员的提高，并负责新晋操作员工的培训；
5、 Facilitate changes to QMS documents.
促进质量管理体系的改进；
6、 Support other engineering/QA projects as required.
支持其他所需的工程/质量项目；
7、 Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE as required within the plant.
遵循所有的安全规程，在厂区按需要穿戴个人防护设备。


专业技能PROFESSIONAL TECHNOLOGY：
Bachelors’ degree in chemical/composite engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 3 years chemical or process engineering experience.
大专及以上学历，化工、高分子材料、机电一体化或其他相关专业。有化工或工艺工程相关领域工作经验者优先。
接受应届毕业生。
