职位描述
Main Role
To manage the finance department’s strategy and goals and find efficient ways of working and driving process improvement initiatives across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:
-Oversee the financial operations of the company;
-In charge of financial statements and consolidated management reports;
-Budgeting and cash flow management;
-Tax returns and tax compliance reports including BAS for a variety of entity types;
-Liaison and management of external accounting services provided by the external accounting and taxation consultants;
-Enhance and improve financial process and procedures;
-Lead and mentor the in-house accounting team including offshore teams
Requirements:
-Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
-CPA qualified
-10 years of demonstrated experience in Accounting/ Finance sector and 3 to 5 years’ experience a managing role
-Strong technical knowledge and hands on experience
-Leadership qualities and prior experience in managing a team
-Highly motivated and have the desire to achieve more
