GTRF operations in China base in Guangzhou and Foshan, supporting multiple entities including Mainland China, Hongkong, Singapore, Japan, Macau, Australia etc., and the scope continuing to expand. The products involve Import / Export DCs, Collections, Trade Finance, Guarantee, etc. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join us.
工作职责:
Customers / Stakeholders
1. Ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything we do both personally and as an organisation.
2. To partner with Global Businesses, Global Change Delivery and other stakeholders to drive operational change programmes and have oversight of operational change programmes that impact the Business Service.
3. To assume overall responsibility for process management and operational integrity of the GSC / BS site.
Teamwork
1. Build and maintain good working relationships with Business Partners, operate in an open and transparent way being fully accountable for supporting their business.
2. Support other Business Service Teams, Global Change Delivery and / or other stakeholders in driving operational change programmes.
