Reporting to the Operation Director, the Operation Engineering Manager role involves What a typical day looks like: • Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels • Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI • Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints • Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence • Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices • Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to • Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews • Coach and mentor Operations leadership • Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes • Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce The experience we’re looking to add to our team: • Bachelor Degree or above • At least 8 years of experience in operational engineering management of EMS industry or automotive electronics industry. • With extensive experience in project management and team management • Familiarity with operational engineering processes and good project management skills • Proficient in operation and testing skills of various automotive electronic systems • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, with good coordination and organization skills • Able to work under conditions of heavy pressure and time constraint. • Good oral English.
