职责描述: Wholesale Banking (WSB) is developing Automation Capabilities in Asia Pacific teams to enable the digitization of Customer journeys for enhancing Total Customer Experience and improve streamlining on automation. To support this strategy, the role holder will be required to leverage on best practices to build best in class automation and intelligent solutions within region with ability for quick turnaround and accurate build to give the competitive advantage where needed. The role holder will interface between the regional stakeholders and the global teams. What you'll do: 1.Developing lite solutions using VBA Macros, Smart forms, Power Platforms. following best practices and governance. 2.Collaborate with team members and stakeholders during design, development, testing and maintenance phase of the project. 3.Collaborate and co-create with Automation, Process engineering, Design and Developers in an Agile setting. 4.Create reusable assets. 5.Create and maintain documents (IPA, ODI, OID, PDD, SDD). 6.Support production deployment and/or troubleshooting production issues. 7.Develop strong banking functional knowledge and build relationship with stakeholders with every project. 8.Able to work in fast-paced-priority-shifting environment and deliver Automation project prioritizing quality and timely delivery of the product. 9.Willingness to learn new tools/technologies to keep up with the fast growing RPA world. 任职要求: 1.Strong understanding of JavaScript. 2.Previous experience with development of smart forms (AEM Designer or Livecycle) massive advantage. 3.Expertise in VBA Macro, SQL, Oracle, and Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps etc). 4.Knowledge on databases (SQL, Oracle). 5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6.Exposure to one or more of the programming/scripting language/package (VB.Net, C#, Python, VBA, Selenium). 7.Experience automating Web, Citrix, Mainframe and Java applications using Blue Prism. 8.Knowledge on APIs would be an added advantage. 9.Knowledge on other RPA tools (UiPath, AA, Work Fusion) would be an added advantage. 10.Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
