职位描述
Job scope: (Assistant to 4-5 leaders)
• Events and meetings arrangements (both on-site and off-site )
• Logistics (room reservation, food / meals, invitation, collate Participants, Transportation, meeting admin and Vendor selections if needed, ,etc.)
• Biz support (assist with Agenda, deck collection and consolidation, etc.)
• Travel arrangement – book ticket, hotel, transport for both leaders and their overseas invited guests; and assisting travel documents (visa, etc.), etc.
• Calendar Managements
• Expense Reports (local, travel and payment requests)
• Information collection and compilation
• Process vendors’ invoices, review, seek approval and submit for payment
• Others
Requirements
• min 3 years of administrative/ Assistant working experience
• experience in supporting multiple leaders with good time management skills, organizing and prioritizing abilities. n
• English and Mandarin communication and written skills
• Computer literary – MS words, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• High reliability, strong work ethic with good working attitudes, independent
• Confidentiality
• Proactive and self -motivated, good self-awareness
• Travel on request (it happens, but not much)
