职位描述
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To assist the supervisor on formulating the development plan and strategies in order to accomplish the company target.
2. To organize, develop and conduct agency manager development programs to enhance the agency management and recruitment skills of high potential producers with regularly monitoring and review.
3. Organize programs and line up with external institutes or speakers to motivate more promotions of new managers
4. Develop tools and materials for agency to conduct career presentation
5. Prepare management reports , data analysis and documentation on program effectiveness
6. Conduct agency meeting to present/communicate company strategies.
7. Support in driving and executing agency recruitment initiatives
8. Assist agency recruitment head to launch recruitment strategies
9. Provide daily support on team administration
10. Support in other projects and events within department.
Requirements:
1. Degree Holder, preferably in Business Management/ Marketing/ Finance/ Economics
2. At least 3 years of experience in insurance, banking and wealth management industry
3. Experience in distribution support or frontline sales is preferred
4. Good interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
5. Strong problem solving skill and results oriented
6. Good command of both written and spoken Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
7. Conversant in MS Word, Excel and Power
