1. General Position Summary:
Responsible for leading and managing all Human Resources and Administration operations in Nantong Plant. Oversees custodial services for the division. Is a member of the plant management team.
2. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
? Plans, directs, organizes and integrates all areas of Human Resources to ensure effective programs exist and to guarantee high return on company’s investment.
? Confers with and guides managers and supervisors with employee relations issues (discipline, schedules coaching, counseling, motivating).
? Develops, administers, and revises workplace policies and rules, making sure they meet national and local labor laws and regulations.
? Responds to and address employee requests and concerns regarding treatment, relations with other employees, benefits, and career opportunities.
? Plans, recruits and selects and places new employees.
? Develops job analysis of new position and assists to control the headcount.
? Coordinate with department manager to work out the core competency of all positions and people development program.
? Provides consultancy on labor policy and regulation.
? Controls payroll system and ensures timely and accurate payment is carried out in accordance with company policy and labor laws.
? Manages all plant daily administrative stuffs, include, not limited, attendance, canteen, housekeeping, visitors, meeting arrangements, office supplies, and securities etc.
? Represents Hansen Nantong Plant to handle public relations and communicate with related authorities and landlords.
3. Specific Job Skills:
? Strong technical understanding with thorough knowledge of Human Resource technologies, principles and practices.
? Excellent supervision/managerial/leadership skills required.
? Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking) required.
? Public relations skills required.
? Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Mandarin
? Ability to actively participate in team development and team-oriented processes and motivate other to do the same required.
? Knowledge of National and Provincial labor laws and regulations.
4. Education and/or Experience:
? Bachelor degree and/or above in Human Resource Management or related major.
? Minimum or 3-5 years’ experience in human resources management position is required in sizeable manufacturing firm.
