职位描述
Job responsibilities:
60% Executive Assistant
1. Maintain calendar and organize meeting/event/workshop etc. by providing logistics support.
2. Prepare and attend routine/special meetings to draft agenda, take minutes, follow-up the fulfillment of tasks, etc.
3. Well organize business trip according to schedule.
4. Receive visitors, prepare logistics arrangement and schedules of visit.
5. Cooperate and communicate with global and local stakeholders.
6. Support any other tasks assigned by HRD.
40% HRSSC Operation:
1. provide support to employee lifecycle, benefit, payment, project, HR document related operation work.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Good education background is preferred.
2. 1-2 years working experience, preferably in similar industry (Retail, FMCG) as executive assistant.
3. Excellent communication in English
4. Strong interpersonal skill. Able to work cooperatively with and at all levels.
5. Fast learner. Good learning agility.
6. Down to earth, detail-focused, and positive mindset.
7. Strong user of PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook.
8. Hands-on and have passion for operation and service work.
9. Able to interface amiably and deal with confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner. (not too extraverted)
