SMA (Swiss Machinery Alliance) in China is an alliance of Swiss Companies, which are all Swissmem Members and operate in China. The Alliance organizes for and on behalf of its member companies and for various other stakeholders events, roadshows and trainings and offers a variety of services to its members and stakeholders.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY-RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Event Organization (about 50%)
This position is responsible for organizing, together with the individual member companies as well as different stakeholders a variety of events, such as
.Roundtables
.Road-shows
.Gala evenings
.Seminars
.CEO-Events
.Trainings
.Get-togethers
.Any creative new event ideas are welcome
2) Alliance Management (about 15%)
This position is responsible, under guidance and in close collaboration with the Executive Committee and the General Manager for the Alliance management, notably for:
.Interacting continuously with Alliance members
.Onboarding new alliance members
.Controlling and renewing memberships
3) Marcom (about 15%)
In this position, you shall handle the following main Marcom Tasks:
.Adapt existing English marketing material for Chinese customers
.Design new flyers/brochures and other marketing material
.Ensure the use of the right distribution channels to reach the target
.Write promotional material/press releases (Chinese
