职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for daily cash management, including daily settlement, fund allocation, and liquidity management, ensuring the safety and adequacy of funds.
2.Manage overseas bank accounts, including opening accounts, account management, fund monitoring, and account reconciliation, ensuring the safety and compliance of account funds.
3.Responsible for formulating annual fund plans, rolling fund forecasts, and variance analysis for overseas companies, timely identifying discrepancies in fund usage, and proposing improvement measures.
4.Responsible for the construction and implementation of bank-enterprise direct connection and fund pool projects, collaborating with banks to establish fund pool mechanisms and optimize fund utilization efficiency.
5.Responsible for establishing good cooperative relationships with overseas banks, maintaining bank relationships, obtaining the latest bank product information and services, ensuring the company receives the most favorable bank services. Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2.More than 3 years of overseas fund management or related work experience, familiar with overseas bank account management and cash management processes.
3.Strong ability in fund planning and forecasting, able to independently complete fund planning and forecasting work.
4.Familiar with the operation process of bank-enterprise direct connection and cash pool projects, priority given to those with successful project experience.
5.Good communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with banks and internal departments.
6.Strong ability to handle pressure and problem-solving, able to deal with complex fund management work.
7.Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, able to fluently communicate in English and write related documents. Proficiency in German or Italian is a plus.
8.Overseas students or individuals of Chinese descent (able to communicate in Chinese) are preferred.
9.The work location is in Europe, and overseas assignments are required.
