职位描述 确保维修活动遵循ESM, CMM, IRM, SPM 以及其它的 OEM要求； Make sure rework activities are carried out in accordance with ESM, CMM, IRM, SPM and other OEM requirements；  编制维修流程, 撰写工程报告, 质保报告, 部件/过程/试验室不合格报告； Prepare repair procedure, write engineering report, warranty report, part/line/lab reject findings report；  解决制定主修理方案； Work out master repair schemes；  编制部件修理程序； Develop and compile part repair process；  制定部件维修工程处置方案； Work out repair part engineering disposition；  利用其它资源的支持, 建立新的维修能力； Set up new rework capability with support from other sources；  维修技术指导； Rework technical direction；  工程处置工作，包括确定维修范围、选择需执行的服务通告等； The task of engineering disposition, including release work scope, appoint applicable SB(s), etc；  工具/消耗品/零部件等效替代流程； The alternative tooling/consumable/parts equivalence assessment procedure；  新能力申请流程； New capability application procedure；  工具设备的自制和改造； Self-Manufacture and Modification of tools
