Job Purpose
Responsible for product structure design and working with cross function team to support NPI project.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Design and develop launched product through various activities, including selection of materials, fitting and function, design failure mode effect analysis, design reliability testing and prepares appropriate engineering documentation to support ordering, manufacturing, and shipment of designed products.
2. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineer to determine best product design and evaluate alternate manufacturing procedures to determine option which best optimize process cost.
3. Working together with cross function to keep continuous improvement on existing product.
4. Well organize on BOM to support factory daily operation and fix BOM error on time if have.
5. Quickly work out solution to resolve quality complain from customer.
6. Partner QA team in the product testing process to ensure testing standards are met, and to conduct engineering studies when they are not.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
? Familiar with task seating product development knowledge and process. 5 years’ experience in design/mechanical engineering.
? Have good knowledge on seating Control mechanism.
? Have good knowledge on mold of plastic injection
