Job Title: HR Advisory Specialist
Location: Dalian
Job Type: Full-time
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Advisory Specialist with
experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC) or Country HRBP. The ideal
candidate will excel in multi-tasking, possess the ability to work
independently on complex tasks, and demonstrate flexibility and quick response
to changes. This role requires a collaborative and easy-going attitude, with
strong teamwork skills. Experience in collocated country HR roles, project
management, and operational excellence (OE) management is highly preferred.
Proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT) and fluency in English are essential.
Responsibilities:
1. HR Advisory Support:
61 Provide comprehensive support for HR Advisory, including employee data
management, benefits administration, and HR transactions.
61 Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR requests and inquiries,
maintaining high service quality.
2. Multi-tasking and Independent Work:
61 Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively
to meet deadlines.
61 Work independently on complicated HR tasks, demonstrating strong
problem-solving abilities.
3. Adaptability and Responsiveness:
61 Adapt to changes in the business environment and organizational needs with
agility and efficiency.
61 Respond promptly to HR-related issues and challenges, providing effective
solutions.
4. Teamwork and Collaboration:
61 Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, working well with
colleagues and other teams.
61 Maintain an easy-going attitude and contribute to a supportive team culture.
5. Country HR Support:
61 Provide HR support through hotline services and collocated country HR roles
as needed.
61 Leverage experience in country-specific HR practices to deliver tailored
solutions.
6. Project Management and Operational Excellence:
61 Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to their
successful execution and implementation.
61 Support operational excellence (OE) management efforts, driving continuous
improvement in HR processes.
7. Proficiency in PPT and Communication:
61 Create and deliver effective presentations using PowerPoint (PPT) to
communicate HR information and insights.
61 Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, ensuring
clear and effective communication.
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field.
61 Experience in SSC or HR outsourcing environments.
61 Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently on complex
HR issues.
61 Flexible and quick to adapt to changing business needs.
61 Easy-going nature with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
61 Hotline or collocated country HR experience is preferred.
61 Experience in project management and operational excellence is a plus.
61 Proficient in PowerPoint (PPT) and fluent in English.
61 Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
