职位描述
1. Specific Accountabilities
a) Responsible for developing overall project plan, and seeking the proper approval from Management Team and Headquarter.
b) As the key contact window, engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand the requirements, translate the requirements into project plan after gain the alignment from both sides.
c) Build up the project process and job responsibility, ensure both external and internal stakeholder can work together to achieve project object.
d) Monitor the project plan, ensure each project milestone will be achieved on time.
e) Review the infrastructure/Power/Decoration design, propose the optimization solution, ensure our requirement can be achieved.
f) Coordinate and liaise with landlord and local authorities to ensure all the building facilities are adhere to specifications, local codes, safe practice.
g) Be responsible for taking over the new building from landlord, make the short/long term maintenance plan.
h) Run operations post go-live for a defined duration when necessary.
2. Requirements
a) Bachelor’s degree or above
b) Over 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics project management
c) Solid Project management knowledge
