职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1.Keep responsible people informed about customer’s requirements
2.Response customer complaints timely and set up containment as needed
3.Conduct preliminary analysis at customer plant
4.Warranty disposition with customer
5..Manage PPAP for customer
6..Responsible for the quality data collection, regularly report quality performance to quality manager
7.Collects quality and service information of competitors.
8.Take the lead in promoting plant to improve warranty problems.
9. CQE development and improvement.
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree with major in quality engineering/methods
2.Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
3.Knowledge of total quality tools (8D,3L5W, APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP,VDA,6 Sigma..)
4.Excellent interpersonal skills
5.IATF16949 internal audit certificate
6.Education/Degree: Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
Experience:
1. Work experience at least 5 years, ideally in automotive industry or Manufacturing industry.
2. At least 3 years of experience in customer service area.
