Job Purpose
Handle quality issues arising from products (for assigned product category) from Pudong plant or suppliers and drive improvement activities to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage Supplier and Plant Quality across the AP region for assigned product category.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Lead in-house made parts and supplier made parts qualification (ISIR) process.
2. Make design related Engineering Change Orders (ECO) preparation for readiness check and give approval to all in-house made and supplier made part/product related ECO.
3. Develop new product or design changed product’s quality/reliability test plan (DVP
