61 Develop new and optimize existing chemical processes for production of liquid chromatography columns and sample prep consumables to reduce cost and improve quality
针对液相色谱及样品前处理产品，开发新合成工艺并优化现有键合工艺，降低成本并提高质量。
61 Support Technical and Manufacturing personnel in transfer, optimization, scale-up, and troubleshooting of new production processes and SOPs
支持生产技术和合成车间完成生产工艺和标准操作程序（SOP）的转移、优化、放大，并及时解决生产过程中的技术问题
61 Design, develop, validate, and commercialize solutions/products to address unmet needs in liquid chromatography separation and sample preparation in industry
针对色谱分离及样品前处理应用领域中的客户需求设计开发对应的产品/解决方案
61 Maintain all instruments and equipment in excellent condition, keep all work areas neat and clean, and follow all safety procedures without exception
维护实验室所有仪器设备，确保工作区域整洁，严格遵守实验室安全制度。
61 Perform other functions required for development, commercialization, and support of new products and sustainment of existing products, as required
根据公司需要，支持并解决产品相关的技术问题，包括现有产品的维护及新产品技术支持等。
