Plan and manage the maintenance factory equipment and facilities, utility equipment (water supply, power supply, gas supply, etc.), and sewage treatment equipment to ensure the normal operation of the system
计划和管理厂务设备设施、公用工程设备(供水、供电、供气等)、污水处理设备维修和维护，确保系统正常运行。

Monitoring and analyzing MECHANICAL Utility/WWTP equipment status and updating technical documentation.
监测和分析公用工程、污水设备恩设备运行状态，及时更新技术文档。

Initiating technical parameters and sourcing suppliers; conduct negotiation in terms of technical matters and supervise the implementation for MECHANICAL equipment.
（设备及备件采购）寻找合适的供应商，确认技术参数，根据技术要求商谈并监督（从采购到使用的）整个过程。

Participate in engineering activities for small technical upgrade project to improve the plant production performance
参与工厂小型技术改造项目的工程设计过程，提高工厂生产能力。

Responsible for above equipment reliability, RCA for maintenance issue, preventive maintenance plan.
对上述设备设施可靠性负责，对维修问题做根本原因分析，制定预防性维修计划。

Manage and execute the special equipment management, maintenance documentation/record
负责特种设备管理，维修文档的记录和管理。
