Job Description:
This role is critical in leading the part of RTR team . The RTR Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of Record to Report processes, supporting finance transformation initiatives, and maintaining compliance with corporate governance and internal controls. The individual will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive consistency and optimize finance operations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
61Lead the RTR team to execute daily financial operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
61Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
61Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls, maintaining a robust financial governance framework.
61Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial transformation programs and ERP implementations.
61Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
61Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, coordinating responses and implementing recommendations.
61Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
61Participate in strategic planning initiatives to align RTR processes with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
61Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
61Minimum 8 years of experience in RTR processes, preferably in a corporate finance environment; Minimum 3 years of experience in team leading.
61In-depth knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools. Strong understanding of revenue related financial accounting principles.
61Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
61Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
61Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
61Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
