61 Drive execution of the GBU Strategy in the MBU to meet needs informed by customer, market data, insights and segmentation
61 Identify local industry business drivers for sector and channel growth by market
61 Provide MBU input to global brand strategy. Lead MBU Consumer brand related marketing plans for each brand(or input to 5YMP), support development of Channel marketing plans when needed and drive initiative implementation as appropriate
61 Manage MBU Consumer brand portfolio as appropriate within brand strategy and to meet market needs
61 Accountable for growing the Consumer brand health and perceived value in the MBU, net income and share
61 Operationalize Consumer brand architecture and deploy guidelines for MBU
61 Drive MBU product offer innovation, including but not limited to, business models, product, package, service and associated claims in support of the Strategy and the business revenue growth plans
