JOB DUTIES:
1 Support SEM global sales team in the delivery of the annual parts business plan
2 Provide aftermarket product and solution expertise to regional sales teams
3 Provide commercial and merchandising support
4 Support the development and execution of parts marketing campaigns linked to growth initiatives
5 Support the development of ASRs through product and solutions training
6 Collaborate strongly with partners to bring in the required resources to support growth initiatives.
7 Support the management of parts sales variance to meet annual business plan and growth targets
8 Actively champion and influence change related to SEM parts
