2. Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to create dynamic, personalized learning experiences. Leverage digital tools for analysis, feedback, and collaboration, supporting the development of modern digital literacy.
3. Provide individualized support to meet diverse learning needs, offering additional tutorials or resources for students with varying abilities and interests.
4. Actively contribute to extracurricular and co-curricular programs, including subject-specific clubs, workshops, or events that extend learning beyond the classroom.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary learning experiences, integrating the subject with other disciplines to enhance understanding and relevance.
6. Foster an inclusive and well-managed classroom environment that supports open dialogue, cultural sensitivity, and mutual respect among students.
7. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback and tracking growth in the school’s system.
8. Maintain positive relationships with parents by providing regular updates on student progress, participating in parent-teacher conferences, and collaborating to support student success.
9. Engage in professional development, curriculum development, and school initiatives. Stay updated on best practices in education and continuously enhance instructional skills.
10. Uphold and model the school’s core values, contributing to a positive school culture through all teaching and interactions with colleagues and students.
11. Support curriculum development, faculty meetings, interdisciplinary initiatives, and school events. Offer elective courses or clubs, participate in study trips, and assist with admissions-related activities when needed.
12. Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the head of department, division directors or principals.
