Proactively identify and promote technology opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. 3. Partner with business leadership and other IT stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects. 4. Drive and manage China IT teams in executing new initiatives as well as optimizing ongoing operations. 5. Program or project manager key IT system implementation initiatives. 6. Understand market challenges, including customer priorities and competitive issues. 7. Build and maintain relationships with regional and global IT teams 8. Manage Local IT vendors. 9.
