Mission
Your mission is to maximize the customer satisfaction on service quality and capability with providing professional onsite service and consultancy while promote service products to generate service NIS.

Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
61 Work independently for service contract work of Atlas Copco products
61 Clearly understand service contract scope and KPI
61 Continuous learning to upgrade self-competence according to business strategy and requirement.
61 Pass the annual competence certification.
61 Strong implementation based on service contract requirement.
61 KPI data collection and understanding.
61 Finish service documents according as Atlas Copco or customer’s standard
61 Onsite workshop management and lean suggestion implementation
61 Implement the ISO internal or external audit requirement.
61 Keep good communication with customer.
61 Collect customer request and feedback to sales or manager.
61 Provide Atlas Copco basic tool operation training to customer.
61 Quality issue claim and follow up to close.
61 Raise red flags when there is business and technical risks.
61 Be responsible for service tools / equipment management registered in own name.
61 Follow strictly on Safety, Healthy, Environment, Data security policy of Customer.
