职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1.Helpdesk support and assign case in system.
2.Deal with the normal IT issues according to the documents
3.Normal daily check, and ensure all meeting rooms and IT rooms run normally
4.Be capable of simple development work
5.Completed the other items that assigned by supervisor
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
1.Familiar with Excel, PPT and other office software, Power Bi skill is better
2.Good communication, clear thinking, good expression, and good service awareness
3.Strong execution, good team cooperation sense
4.Simple English communication skill
