Key responsibilities are listed as below:
1. Respond customers:
• External customers
• Internal customers
2. Costumers’ related tasks:
• As the sales role, complete the related task In new project development
• Finish customers’ quotation and commercial negotiation.
• Finish the contract under the legal requirement.
• Maintain the relationship with customers, transfer customers’ requirement to our company.
• Cooperate with CSR complete the deliver on time.
3. Reporting:
• Consolidates and distributes repetitive sales reports, creates ad-hoc sales reports, Fcst and AOP.
• Revises templates, consolidates data from others, provides as forecasting input
4. System Administration:
• Runs complicated tasks, documents ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g. salesforce)
• Periodically evaluates the user-entered data hosted on the systems to ensure completeness and identifies improvements.
