A brief summary of the provided position as below 本职位概述如下:
The main responsibility of the Credit Underwriter is to handle credit applications and to manage the debt collection to ensure high customer satisfaction and balance business and credit risk. This is achieved by dedication in Scania credit application, development of SLC credit competence and managing the debt collection especially to the intensive debt management.
本岗位的主要职责是处理斯堪尼亚的信用申请和管理应收租金收款,已达到客户满意度和业务、信用风险的平衡。岗位职责的达成有赖于对于日常申请业务的专注、积极发展SLC信用部门竞争力,和对于应收租金的管理,尤其对于深度逾期客户的租金催收和管理。

Main duties and tasks:
1. Credit Application 信用申请处理
· Secure that credit applications from is handled in a timely manner:
确保信用申请在合理的时间范围内得到处理:
o Check and review for credit applications from business system or other submission channel
在业务系统或其他提交途径查看和检查信用申请
o Draft and approve credit applications in four eyes principle according to submitted documents and communication with customer where needed.
就客户提交的材料,撰写信用申请报告,在双人原则下批准报告。
o Investigate and evaluate the applicant's identity, reason of investment, solvency and repayment intention, equity of applicant and existing fleet
调查和评估申请人身份识别,投资原因,偿债能力和意愿,申请人和车队的负债状况
o Check fleet operational performance via all possible connectivity solutions
运用所有可用的车联网手段查阅客户车辆的运营表现
o Follow up with customer, dealer and truck sales function to finalize the credit decision form in case there is any incomplete, incorrect information submitted
如有客户信息缺失或不正确情况,和客户、经销商、销售部门跟进完成信用申请报告
o Approve credit application with correspondent credit mandate
在相应的审批权限中批准信用申请
o Be aware of SLC commercial offering and pricing policy
知悉SLC的商务产品和价格政策
· Meet with customers/dealers on site where needed for credit visit, stock audit
在需要进行信用拜访或库存盘点时对经销商和客户进行实地访问
· Prepare and form credit application and collection related weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports deliver by the deadline 准备和完成信用申请和催收相关的周、月度、季度和年度报告并按时交付

2.Debt collection 债务催收
· Closely cooperate with company collection function to perform debt collection according to SLC Credit Policy and other related finance policies, in order to control the projected overdue and bad debt level. 和公司催收职能密切合作,根据SLC的信用政策和其他相关财务政策进行债务催收工作,将公司的逾期率和坏账水平控制在预期水准;
o Through ways of phone call, dunning letter, and on-site visit, contact and negotiate with customers for the reason of not performing the contract on time, knowing the estimated payment date, and push the customer to pay as soon as possible
通过电话、信函、实地访问等多种形式,与客户进行沟通谈判,了解客户未及时还款和履行合同义务的原因,了解客户预计的还款日,催促客户尽早还款。
o For regular overdue customers (1-60 days with 1 to 2 terms), analyzing the root cause of the overdue and the current customer operational status and financial position, negotiate with customer with professional instructions and solutions, if possible to support customer with payment reschedule in order to keep SLC contract performing and customer operates in a feasible way. 对于一般逾期客户(1-60天逾期,1-2期租金),分析客户逾期根本原因、财务状态,和客户协商、给予客户专业意见和解决方案,在可能的条件下帮助客户重组付款计划,保持SLC的合同处于履行状态,客户在可行的状态下可以持续运营;
o For contract with sever default behavior or overdue approaching to 90 days, advice to Collection Officer
