负责进行估算及有效报价,并对报价客户进行跟进沟通,促进成单。
负责处理客户订单并输入SAP 系统。
针对已经成单的客户,通过电话、网络回访等方式,完成客户业务回顾并将数据录入系统。
定期完成业务数据报告
协助处理合同及报价类相关文件的编辑、制作等工作。
协助分配系统数据,视情况将销售机会重新分配给其他合适的销售。
协助完成客户门户平台相关数据的录入工作。
技能要求:
拥有本科学历,电气工程或机械工程专业优先。
具备 3 年以上工业相关设备销售、服务销售或运营支持方面的工作经验。
有报价/订单管理经验者优先。
熟悉起重机行业业务者优先。
具备良好的影响力技巧,能够说服客户并达成交易。
具备出色的沟通与谈判能力。
具备良好的英语听说读写能力。

以目标为导向,具有强烈的销售驱动力。
态度积极,充满自信。
能够在压力下工作。
Job Description:
Responsible for Estimating, completion of system operative quotes and customer follow-up.
Responsible for Processing the PO received and logging it to SAP.
Responsible for service review via phone call or TEAMS App, for closed Service Request.
Complete the sales’ report and submitting data periodically.
Assist processing documentations and relevant paper works.
Assist assigning system data, configure sales opportunities to Service Sales depending on different requests.
Assist with Customer portal/platform registering and relevant info logging.
Skills Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, service sales, or operational support.
Experience in quote/order management preferred.
Familiarity with the crane industry business preferred.
Strong influencing skills to persuade customers and close deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
