Responsible for the preparation, approval and supervision of HPA's total financial expenditure budget (including manpower and operation).负责本学段HPA的总财务开支预算（含人力和运营）拟定、报批及使用的监督。 4. Supervise and urge the HPA Academic Office and Moral Education Department to complete the work with high quality according to their JD content.督促HPA教务部、德育部，按照他们的部门JD内容高质量地完成各项工作; 5. Organize the formulation and implementation of HPA education plan, formulate and implement long-term and short-term teaching objectives, and report teaching achievements and problems to HPA principal in time.组织制定与实施HPA教学规划，制定并落实各项长期及短期的教育教学工作目标及时向校长汇报教学成果和出现的问题; 6. Build and optimize all kinds of education and teaching management systems and supervise their implementation;建立并优化各类教育教学管理制度并督促落实； 7. Plan teacher needs, and cooperate with human Resources Department to complete teacher recruitment;规划师资需求，协同人力资源部完成教师招聘工作； 8. Reasonably plan and approve education and teaching expenses to maximize students' learning experience and teachers' working experience. 在总预算下，合理规划并审批教育教学开销，最大限度地提升学生的学习体验和教师的工作体验。 9. Mobilize the teaching department to actively support the marketing work, carry out the teaching externalization work of HPA, and make the teaching characteristics and achievements of HIA more prominent. 调动教学部全员积极支持市场宣传和招生工作，开展HPA的教学外化工作，让HPA的教学特色和成就更加突出。 10. Manage the director of moral education and all homeroom teachers, properly deal with the relationship between parents and school.通过对德育主任和全体班主任的管理，妥善处理家校关系。 岗位要求： 1. 具有3年以上同岗位经验，熟悉国际学校教学体系。 2. 高中教学主任应熟悉AP或Alevel课程体系。 3. 热爱国际教育，有自己对国际教育的理解。 4. 英文可以作为工作语言。
