岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities:
1.销售目标管理 / Sales Target Management
1.1 参与制定并完成公司年度销售目标及市场拓展计划,以实现业绩增长;
Develop and achieve annual sales targets with team members and market expansion plans, leading to business growth.
2.负责客户的销售和重点工作推进,积极促进销售的增长;
2.2 Responsible for the sales amount growth and push the important things to increase sales growth.
3.参与并负责新客户的开发,对潜在客户进行调查和分析,安排持续开发联络,争取合作;
3.3 Led new client acquisition by identifying and analyzing potential clients, maintaining follow-up communication, and securing partnerships.
4.跨部门协作 / Cross-functional Collaboration
4.4与市场、产品、供应链等部门协作,确保客户需求得到高效响应。
Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
任职要求 / Qualifications:
1.本科及以上学历,专业不限;
Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.熟悉电子制造业及电子控制组件应用市场;
Familiar with the electronic manufacturing industry and specialized in application markets for electronic control units.
3.英语沟通能力;
Fluent in English communication skills
4.具备敏锐的商业洞察力和谈判能力;
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
5. 较好的逻辑分析能力、抗压能力以及持续学习能力。
Excellent analytical skills, resilience under pressure, and commitment to continuous learning.
