This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with e-commerce distributors and e-commerce platforms in China, achieves sales target of the online distribution channels both on sell-out and offtake.
What are we looking for?

61Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
61Minimum 5 years working experience, at least 3 years’ online customer management experience in pet food or a related industry, much familiar with TM/JD. 0-1 experience will be preferred.
61Great business development capability and negotiation skills.
61Results-oriented with demonstrated business skills related to goal setting, budgeting and reporting, and analytical abilities to assess and interpret results.
61Mathematical abilities to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, volumes, etc., and to manage abstract and concrete variables.
61Enthusiastic and self-motivated sales professional and interpersonal skills.
61Industry and product knowledge, honesty, integrity, and trust.
61Good interpersonal skills with ability to develop and sustain successful business relationships internally and externally.
61Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, ppt.

61Responsible for distributers' business mainly on Tmall and JD.
61Lead business with inspired sales programming, sales presentations, and product development.
61Lead distribution stores matrix design following with elective collaboration principle.
61Lead distribution contract design and negotiation between brand, customers and agent.
61Lead and co-work with distributor on sales operation, value chain management
