职位描述
This position is responsible to manage a Logistics Operations team to achieve industry best practice and match or exceed customer requirements in the most cost effective manner.
- Specific Accountabilities
1. Oversee warehouse inbound and outbound operation, picking, pre-packing, WO kitting, LH management, WO return and tooling.
2. Strategically manage shipping / receiving area (warehouse) in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
3. Co-work with clients to ensure the operation is running safely and secured under company policy.
4. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and SOPs.
5. Manage stock control and reconcile with Oracle data system.
6. Analyse relevant reports and data indicators, problem shooting, provide solutions to meet customers satisfaction.
7. Review business process and initiate by giving suggestions to drive for continuous warehouse improvement and warehouse efficiency
8. Deal with planning, administration and general management issues of warehouse team which include the day-to-day supervision of staff, and overseeing work organized by all sites supervisors.
9. Recruit, train the staffs including supervisors, leaders and operators to meet the company requirements.
10. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
11. Handling communication with internal departments and external suppliers.
12. Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.

8. 处理仓库团队的规划、行政及综合管理事务,包括日常员工监督及所有现场主管的工作安排。
9. 招聘并培训员工(包括主管、组长和操作员),以满足公司要求。
10. 接收反馈并监控服务质量。
11. 处理与内部部门及外部供应商的沟通。
12. 完成管理层指派的其他特殊任务或项目。
- Skills Required
1. Computer literate including WMS
2. Excellent command of written and spoken of English and Mandarin
3. Extensive knowledge and understanding of logistics operations and account management
4. Innovative, assertive, customer-oriented and analytical
5. Possess core competences including leadership, managing change, target and result focus, entrepreneurial responsibility and team steering
6. Self-motivated, can work under pressure

- Experience and Qualifications
1. Bachelor or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Management.
2. Minimum 8 years relevant experience in supply chain management, with 5 years’ experience in managerial position
3. Manpower management, analytical and project management skills are required
