Position Overview
The mission of KAM is leading JNJ Growth contribution in Ali-health store in Tmall and support JJVC vison and mission through manage our customer and serve our consumers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive delivery of sales KPIs of Ali-health store.
a) Responsible for business planning, execution, review and result
b) Cooperate with cross function teams to provide high quality collaboration
c) Data analysis to find opportunity for business
2. Build up sustainable business relationship with distributor and platform to deliver Acuvue brand spirit.
a) Work with distributor to deliver sales target
b) Responsible for daily and periodic communication and negotiation with xiaoer
c) Strive for Ali-health internal resource to accelerate business growth
Qualifications
· Education:
Bachelor’s degree above
· Experience:
1. Minimum 2 years of online KA management experience, platform experience would be a plus
2. Premium brand in FMCG/Cosmetic experience is preferred
· Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Key account management experience and negotiation skills
