Accountabilities
1. Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures. Monitor compliance and support audits to ensure standards are met.
2. Organize and deliver training programs for procurement teams and suppliers. Establish a procurement academy to enhance skills and knowledge.
3. Gather and analyze market Intelligence to support sourcing strategies and identify risks or opportunities.
4. Implement supplier risk assessment and monitoring processes. Work with suppliers and procurement owners to ensure compliance and manage potential risks.
5. Facilitate change management and communication across the organization.
6. Drive procurement transformation initiatives, support digitalization and process improvement projects. Act as a liaison between procurement and other functions to drive change and alignment.

1. Working with automated procurement and source to pay systems.
2. Clear mindset to have view of overall situation, high motivate with ownership.

4. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in oral and in writing (Good communication skill in both Chinese and English).
