Position Summary
60% of China Ecom’s sales is contributed by members’ purchase. This role is to further drive the online members’ engagement, recruitment and sales; Meanwhile, this role is very critical in terms of driving the deep-dive and application of data-based consumer insights, to further empower business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for building the CRM system aligned with brand’s guidelines for China CK Ecom platforms (such as Tmall, JD, Douyin, etc.).
• Support in the formulation of e-CRM strategy and goal setting in terms of Ecom members’ growth, retention, and repurchase and develop operational plans accordingly.
• Responsible for the implementation of all the e-CRM related operations, including daily and campaign basis and monitor core CRM metrics by generating reports on a regular / campaign basis.
• Work closely with in-house and 3rd party teams (merchandizing, marketing, traffic, CRM, TP/DP/ISV, etc.) to deepen online members’ bounding to the brand.
• Work closely with ISV and in-house teams to support the consumers’ insight and strategy of growth and assist in driving the application of data to operations on a regular and campaign basis.
