主要职责Principal Duties and Responsibilities:（汽车衡称重软件）
·Responsible for software customized development according to inputs. Focus on the output in conformity with inputs and quality, and be well control ETO resources, for e.g. cost and timeline. (50%)
负责根据输入进行定制化的软件开发。关注设计输出与输入的一致性以及质量, 控制好非标资源，包括成本和时间
·Responsible for maintaining the existing software products. Continuously improve and optimize the quality, cost and user experience of live products. (30%)
负责现有软件产品的维护。持续提升和优化产品的质量、成本和用户体验。
·Responsible for NPI software development in compliance with PLM. Ensure the completeness, accuracy, quality and so on for your outcome, and be participated in the control of project cost, timeline and so on. (20% )
负责新产品的软件开发。根据PLM流程，确保设计输出的齐全性、准确性、设计质量等，参与新产品的成本、进度等控制。
任职资格Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:
·Bachelor degree in computer science, automation or similar education background (MUST)
有计算机、自动化及相关专业本科学历
·Master degree or above is preferred (PLUS)
本科或以上学历
·At least 3 years PC software development experience (MUST)
至少三年及以上PC软件开发工作经验
·Working experience in C#.NET developing (WPF, WinForms, XAML, Web Services) and strong knowledge of in Design Patterns and OO Programming (MUST)
有C#.NET开发经验（WPF/WinForms/XAML/Web Services），对设计模式和面向对象有一定理解
·Strong knowledge of relational database management systems, e.g. SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL. (MUST)
熟悉SQL Server、Oracle或者MySQL等关系型数据库
·Working experience in Subversion (SVN) , git or similar source control tools (MUST)
有SVN或Git等代码管理工具的使用经验
·Experience of product life cycle, development, release and support procedures is preferred (PLUS)
对产品生命周期、开发、释放和支持流程有丰富经验者优先
·Experience in .NET or Java Web application or mobile application is preferred (PLUS)
有.NET或JAVA框架下的Web或移动APP开发经验者优先
·Experience in Agile or Scrum practice is preferred (PLUS)
有敏捷开发实践经验者优先
