This position provides services to external customers, support account manager for sales activities, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and make solid contribution to company’s external business growt
为公司外部客户提供服务,支持客户经理的工作,提高客户满意度和忠诚度,为公司业务增长提供强有力的支持。
1. Responsible for all sales support related jobs(documents, CRM system, invoice etc…).
负责所有销售支持相关的工作(文件归档,CRM系统维护,客户发票等)。
1. Responsible for customer planning, ordering and delivery related topics.
负责客户订单、计划、发货以及交付相关的工作。
1. Responsible for the entire complaint handling process (end to end),drive problem solving and ensure customers receive reasonable feedback and results timely.
负责客户投诉相关包括端到端,外部和内部全流程处理,推动问题的解决,确保客户及时得到合理反馈和结果。
4. Collect information regarding customer consulatiion, complaints, and feedback, prepare data and report, and feedback to relevant departments to help optimizing products and services, to improve customer satisfaction.
整理客户咨询、投诉及反馈的内容,形成数据及报告,反馈给相关部门,助力产品优化和服务改进,提升客户满意度。
1. Support customer satisfaction survey, product promotion activities, e.g. industrial exehibitions.
协助完成客户满意度调查,产品推广等活动,如:行业展会。
